Vanilla Pear Cider
Vanilla Pear Cider

Ingredients:
- 4 Bartlett, Anjou or Bosc pears, quartered, stems and seeds removed
- ¼ cup honey, agave or maple syrup, or to taste
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 vanilla bean pod, split open
- 3 cans Vanilla Moringa 8th Wonder

Method:
- Combine the pears, honey, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, vanilla pod, allspice, Vanilla Moringa 8th Wonderland water in a large stock pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce it to a simmer and cook for 1 hour uncovered.
- Let the mixture cool slightly. Strain it through a fine mesh sieve twice to remove the solids. (Strain through a cheesecloth to eliminate all solids, if desired). Serve hot with cinnamon sticks in cozy mugs.
- Nutrition information omits most of the pears since they’ll be strained.
