  • 4 Bartlett, Anjou or Bosc pears, quartered, stems and seeds removed
  • ¼ cup honey, agave or maple syrup, or to taste
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 vanilla bean pod, split open
  • 3 cans Vanilla Moringa 8th Wonder
  • 2 cups water


  1. Combine the pears, honey, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, vanilla pod, allspice, Vanilla Moringa 8th Wonderland water in a large stock pot. 
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce it to a simmer and cook for 1 hour uncovered. 
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly. Strain it through a fine mesh sieve twice to remove the solids. (Strain through a cheesecloth to eliminate all solids, if desired). Serve hot with cinnamon sticks in cozy mugs.
  4. Nutrition information omits most of the pears since they’ll be strained.
