Ingredients:
- 1 can Passion Fruit Ginseng 8th Wonder
- 3 oz Light Rum
- 2 oz Coconut Rum
- 2 oz coconut milk (canned, full fat)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple tidbits
- 1 pulp from 1 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1½ cups ice
- Pineapple slices for garnish
Method:
- Add the Passion Fruit Ginseng 8th Wonder, rums, coconut milk, pineapple, passion fruit, coconut sugar and ice to a large blender. Process until smooth.
- Garnish two tall glasses with pineapple wedges, pour in the colada, and serve.
