Ingredients:
- 1 can Passion Fruit Ginseng 8th Wonder
- 12 oz coconut water
- 1 Persian cucumber, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave
- Juice of 2 limes
- Handful of mint leaves
- Ice
Method:
- Combine the Passion Fruit Ginseng 8th Wonder, coconut water, cucumbers, honey/agave, lime juice and mint to a shaker cup with a little ice.
- Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint.
- If you’d like to turn this into a cocktail, add 8 oz of coconut flavored vodka!
