Ingredients:
- 1 cup paleo-friendly vanilla ice cream (such a vegan Halo Top or Coconut Bliss brands)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple tidbits
- 1 can Vanilla Moringa 8th Wonder
- 3 oz dark rum
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut, if desired
- Rum float (optional)
Method:
- Add everything to a high-powered blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Dip the rims of 2 glasses into a little agave or honey and dip in the coconut. Pour beverage and enjoy immediately.
- Feel free to pour a dark rum floater on top.
- Net carbs are much lower in this recipe due to fiber content in the fruit and some ice creams.
