Ingredients:
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Dash cinnamon
- 1 can Apple Ashwagandha 8th Wonder
- 1 can Vanilla Moringa 8th Wonder
- Ice
Method:
- Take 1 chopped Honeycrisp apple and half of the Granny Smith apples and place into a small saucepan.Place the remaining apples into a pitcher and set aside.
- Add the water, coconut sugar, vanilla and cinnamon to the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
- Strain the apple mixture using a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher, working to smash the softened apples and their juices into the pitcher. Discard the apple pulp.
- Pour in the 2 cans of 8th wonder to the pitcher and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Nutrition information will vary due to how much apple is consumed.
- Fill 4 cocktail glasses with desired amount of ice and top with the caramel apple vanilla mocktail.
- Garnish the rim with an apple wheel.
